RaeAnne Hadley
RaeAnne Hadley holds a degree in paralegal studies, specializing in criminal law, business law, and real estate law. During her tenure at Source HOA, she identified significant gaps in leadership, communication, and personal engagement within HOA management. This realization led her to establish Design HOA in the fall of 2023, where she has been actively expanding the company's portfolio.

In 2025, RaeAnne achieved her ninth international book award for her dystopian fantasy series, which had been banned on social media. This accolade marked a pivotal moment in her writing career, providing her with new opportunities to further develop her creative skills and explore different avenues in literature.

While RaeAnne remains engaged with Design HOA, she appreciates Vaneza's leadership role, which has allowed her to transition into a supportive background position. This shift enables RaeAnne to focus more on her writing endeavors while still contributing to the growth of Design HOA.
