Dear Association Members,
Click HERE for the governing documents to be updated to comply with state law. The packet includes the Articles of Incorporation and the Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The Board met with members on September 15 & 18, 2025 to for a review and comment on the updating of the governing documents. Many suggestions from the members are included in the proposed updates. The proposed "Amended and Restated" documents must be approved by seventy five percent (75%) of the members. Ballots have been and will be circulated to members for their vote.
