CTA BLOCKED!!!

Christmas came early in my opinion, as I opened up my email and saw the post from Attorney Lindsay Smith with Winzenburg, Leff, Purvis and Payne's law offices in Denver. 

Judge Mazzant out of the Eastern District of Texas issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the Corporate Transparency Act, finding that the Act is likely beyond the scope of Congressional authority. 

Reporting agencies do NOT have to comply with the CTA's January 1, 2025 filing deadline. Design HOA will be following this closely, as we believe this has always been a huge overstep by Congress.
