According to the governing documents, assessment dues are billed quarterly in January, April, July, and October. The Board of Directors has approved an option for homeowners to make monthly payments if necessary. Payments are due on the 1st of each month and will be considered delinquent after the 15th. If payment is not received by then, collection fees will apply. Homeowners can mail checks to PO Box 2156, Montrose, CO 81402, but should allow sufficient time for delivery, as delays with USPS will not be considered when processing payments.
Additionally, homeowners have the option to set up bill pay through their bank, which will automatically send a check to Design HOA. It is important to account for mailing times. Automatic payments can also be arranged through Pay HOA, with a fee of $1.99 for ACH transactions or a 3.25% plus $0.50 fee for debit & credit card payments.
