SCHEDULING MEETINGS: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OCTOBER THROUGH FEBRUARY IS OUR BUSIEST TIME. REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS DURING THIS TIME WILL REQUIRE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS NOTICE FOR DESIGN TO PREPARE THE MEETING PACKETS TO BE SENT OUT. ANNUAL/BUDGET RATIFICAITON MEETINGS REQUIRE 4-6 WEEKS NOTICE SO THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO PREPARE THEM AND GET THEM EMAILED AND MAILED PER GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AND CCIOA. Outside of budget and end of the year season, Design HOA needs at least 48 hours notice for regular board of directors meetings and 3 weeks for annual or budget ratification meetings to meet CCIOA notice requirements.
