Colorado State recognizes that status request letters required during the sale of a home goes above and beyond HOA management services and allows management companies to be reimbursed for their time filling out the required paperwork.
Design HOA has taken into account the feedback from homeowners, real estate agents, and title companies regarding the increasing costs associated with status letters. To address this issue, Design HOA now handles the processing of status letters internally. To initiate the process, select the type of status letter you require: a Standard Letter, which is for requests made more than 14 business days before closing, or a Rush Letter for those needed within 14 business days. After making your selection, use the provided QR code for payment and send the completed electronic fillable form to [email protected]. We will ensure that your status letter is processed and returned within the specified timeframe.
