I am an HOA Board Member for the Rivers Edge community here in Montrose and I want share our experience with RaeAnne, both when she was employed by Source Management, and now with her own company, Design HOA.
We, as an HOA first worked with RaeAnne when she was hired by Source Management. Source was the company that absorbed our previous management company and we, the Board, were a bit concerned with changes made, the scope of services provided and significantly increasing costs. RaeAnne coming on board with Source did nothing about the changes or costs, but, WOW, what a difference in services provided! Fast and friendly communications and an eagerness to investigate and find workable possible solutions to most any issue we had develop with in our community. Her assistance and overall performance were primary reasons we renewed our contract with Source for 2023, and we were shocked and dumbfounded when, at a regularly scheduled meeting, we were advised Rae Anne would no longer be either our HOA manager, nor be working for Source in any capacity! We were thrilled to hear she was starting her own management company, and actually contacted her to be her first client! She was so helpful, as always, with making the change in management company's almost seamless, at least from our side! I suspect it was a bit more challenging from her perspective! And her scope of services and simplicity of her contract for the cost is remarkable! I have no hesitation in recommending RaeAnne and Design HOA for any area community needing top notch and professional management services! Please note that while our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 9am-3pm, we are usually working before and after posted hours. This allows us to handle meeting minutes and paperwork without interruption. We want to make sure that nothing is missed when it comes to your HOA!
