October through February is our busiest meeting season. Many communities schedule annual, budget, and special meetings during this time, so please plan ahead and provide extra notice to secure your preferred dates.

October through February is the busiest time for HOA meetings. Early planning helps ensure your preferred date is available.

Regular Board Meetings
During busy season, regular board meetings require at least 2 weeks’ notice so meeting packets can be prepared on time.

Annual & Budget Meetings
Annual or budget ratification meetings require 4–6 weeks’ notice for proper preparation, mailing, and compliance.
